Way back in July, I purchased THIS and took a few photo of them HERE. Now there is another version of them coming out. The Bleach EX2 Gashapon is made out of superb quality and the kawainess of it border on insanely cute scale.

By now you would have realized that I am a sucker for Touch Pen gashapon and also Gashapon in general. But this set is just pushing it. 10 different coloured Yoshi touch pen gashapon with a phone strap for its egg. This is just lazy work! Print out 10000 of this, paint it in 10 different colour and sell it off as one collection? COME ON!

Bleach Phone Strap

The summer sales on Play-Asia has just ended and boy did I manage to grab a few stuff. Some nice, others are more suited to be in the dustbin. I would dwell on the dustbin stuff later on.

One of the Items that I have NO REGRET of getting is this Bleach Phone Strap. Frankly I am surprised at the quality of it all but boy this thing is Awesome with a capital A! I got myself this fellow here while my friend got himself an Ichigo in Bankai mode! WOhoo! 2 of the only fellow with their sword out! How cool is that!

Pokemon Lover Unite!

493 Pokemon. Not many of you guyz can catch that amount of pokemon. You would have to be at certain place at certain time or use certain pokeball to catch certain pokemon. Meh... Lot of hard work for me.

How many Pokemon DS game that you own then? 1? 2? Some fanatic might own all. Heck, people like me would have to think 3 times to own more then 1 pokemon game. Anyway, enough with the rant. You guyz should know by now that I LOVE KEYCHAIN and GASHAPON. So I most probably will get one of this just to spite a fellow friend or 2 :P

But the said item was sold out 2 years ago around 2005. So meh.. I guess I will make do with either a

For those that have been too out of touch with gaming world, a The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass english version is expected to be out by August this year. Currently the japanese version called er... The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is already out in the market. I would suggest waiting for the english version if you can't really read japanese as Zelda games can be categorized under ARPG which means it involves puzzle solving and some reading.

Animal Crossing Phone Strap

You would have seen this coming from a mile away didn't you? More Animal crossing stuff for sale? Meh, There is two of them actually and unfortunately enough there is two of them from all the 8 available choices which I liked. Which also basically means... Nintendo New Super Mario Bros. Keychain

Quite some time ago, A fellow blogger Swatwolf sold me the Nintendo New Super Mario Bros. Keychain which he got for extra during his trip to Penang and Gashaponing. At that time quite a few of us are laminating about the fact that the Gasha is no longer available in Play-Asia . And it seems due to popular demand yet again, the Gashapon is currently back in stock in Play-Asia. I personally own one of this as my keychain right now and the soft fluffy red mushroom is a good attraction for kids and adult alike due to the cuteness of it. I would say, This is a worthwhile item to get if you like cute stuff or are a fan of Mario.

I found something really cool in a nearby shopping mall last few days. But before I get into that I will talk about Mario erm "toys" which was recently released in where else but Play-Asia.

Well, I seriously have nothing to say, kind of tired of all this plushie, more plushie, and er.. plushies? But it seems a succesfull formula have no reason to be abandoned. Hmm.. Keroro Character Phone Strap Gashapon

I was pretty curious and intrigued with this KERORO. It looks nice enough but I have a bit of reservation about how the quality might be like and what its made out of. You see, there are some gashapon that are made out of clear plastic material and feels hard. I don't like those. I prefer something squishy and nice to hold on.

Lo and behold, I found one of the Keroro Gashapon over at Toys R Us again. From what I can gather from my brief look at it, the gashapon is actually made out of squishy material. Something like the mario gashapon located HERE. Except that the Keroro is in plastic squishy material

Animal Crossing Character Bottle Phone Strap Gashapon

I finally got my Animal Crossing! YAY!!! I seriously got nothing to say about this but boy this Animal Crossing Phone Strap is cute and pretty! And its a good way to attract girls attention too if you are a guy. Good as a gift too btw.
The doll and the gift box is made out of a soft synthetic like thing which can be pressed but still retain a slight hardness. The bottle is made out of plastic. And apparently you can write a short note and keep it in the bottle. Pretty darn good way to use this as a way to "court" girls. If you know what I mean. Wink Wink

Mario Galore!

After quite sometime, I finally received two things from Play-Asia. New Super Mario Bros. Sound Drops Gashapon and Nintendo Super Mario Bros. Phone Strap Gashapon. I covered the Phone Strap a few post ago over HERE.
So there is nothing much to say about it except that I was wrong about not solid. The phone strap is quite solid and hard. There is no sign or seam or threats of breaking up and it blends in perfectly well into your bag,phone or even your DS. Its also a good attraction when you want to show off or just attract the attention of your counterpart. Pull the thread and out pops the coin or whatever is it that you got.

Anyway, the main character of today is the sound drop. Its HUGE, its sturdy and its loud. The middle button is soft to press, the sound drop is medium weight and the sound made by the sound drop is loud enough to attract attention. I took a few snaps of both gashapon. Enjoy em :D

Due to the fact that Jason AKA Zorocaster's persistently introducing me into the world of gashapon ( I still can't pronounce it right ), I have found myself looking at Play-Asia's Gashapon page from time to time and ogling at all the expensive yet cute gashapon. One of them is the Nintendo Super Mario Bros Phone Strap Gashapon.

This baby is nothing special except for the fact that, you can pull out a hidden item from inside the box or tube. A new gimmick, I know but who can resist all this gimmick? I mean! Look at it. The whole thing might not look solid ( Which is one of the reason I didn't get it) but the cuteness and imagine all the fun you can get when you show it off to your pals!



Anyway, for those that want to see this item upclose and personal head on over to your nearest Toys R Us or Gashapon machine, I stumble upon a gashapon machine located outside Toys R Us at One Utama ( For those that are uninformed, this place is located in PJ Malaysia) As you can see from above, I manage to take a snap of the Phone Strap. And the phone strap is actually quite big and look sturdy. Contrary to the picture given from Play-Asia.

If you were to buy the phone strap from Play-Asia, It will cost around RM 7, thats USD 2 for the rest of you none Malaysian and if you were to buy it through the gashapon machine, it will cost you RM8 if I am not mistaken to purchase one. Thats around USD 2 for the rest of you too. For those that like the thrills of not knowing which one you will get next, grab it from your nearest Gashapon machine. For those that prefer to get all 9 without worries, just grab 9 pack of this gashapon at one shot from Play-Asia.

Oh btw, pray tell that I will no longer be tempted to buy this Gashapon, and that means you Zorocaster. Stop tempting me.

P/S: I might get one of this when I next see it at Toys R Us. Damn it!
