Kingdom Hearts confirmed for DS

Christmas Came early this year! Wohoo!

Kingdom heart are confirmed to be coming to NDS! Oh yeah! *dance around like a monkey*

Below are quoted from IGN

September 19, 2007 - In a closed doors video montage session at TGS 2007 Square showed off three upcoming titles based in the Kingdom Hearts universe. Though the trailers were brief, all the titles seem to incorporate the same kind of action-RPG gameplay of the previous games.

On display were trailers for Kingdom Hearts Coded for mobile, Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days for DS, and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for PSP. No specific release dates were given for any of the titles, save for a "work in progress" text flashed at the end of each trailer.

Story details were sketchy, but it appears Birth by Sleep will be set in "the distant past," according to text in the trailer. 358 / 2 (called 358 over two), whose title, said Square, will apparently make sense once you play the game, will take place somewhere around the events of Kingdom Hearts 2. Coded appears to be set somewhere during the course of the first KH and its sequel, indicated in the trailer with a line of text reading "time has gone by." The overall timeline is a bit muddled, though, something a Square representative admitted to while we were asking for further explanation.

Coded's gameplay had Sora running around various dungeons filled with floating red and black blocks. During battle it's possible to engage a "debugging" mode to clear away the blocks, but their exact nature and implications with regard to gameplay were not clear. 358 / 2 had a darker thematic element than KH games of the past, with all the characters, including Mickey, draped in flowing black robes. It appeared to support some kind of four player mode, though it just may have been one human player with three AI companions. Birth by Sleep featured an unidentifiable playable character during the gameplay portions of the trailer.

Naturally, a host of Disney characters were also present in each of the trailers. Stay tuned for more as we hear it.

That is just SUPER! WOOOOOT

Kingdom Hearts 2 Post Card Book

Kingdom Hearts 2

Well, I actually got this way back in May.I haven't had much chance to talk about it or flip through it coz of my lack of time and brain cell to process this piece of fine art. Anyway, I kind of like this postcard book. Although the art is a bit "different" from what I Imagined it to be, the book overall quality is top notch. The paper is made out of thick glossy paper.

Kind of like fancy postcard paper. If you get what I mean. Anyway, whats disappointing for me is the art itself. I was fully expecting it to be hand drawn special art from the KH artist but instead, what I got is the art you can get anywhere else. Albeit the fact that this one is slightly nicer.

Overall quality I dare say this is good. But if you are looking for something better, I suggest look elsewhere.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Post Card Book can be purchased from HERE

Pretty thick for my standard.

Cover of the Post Card Book. Damn Its nice!

Kingdom Hearts 2 or Jump Ultimate Superstar?

I am giddy. Yes sir I am. I just found two very nice art book/post card by and Kingdom Hearts II: Post Card Book and Jump Ultimate Stars Postcard Book . Jump Ultimate star has been out for quite some time. It was thrown into the New Year sales basket somewhere around February and was snapped up in an instant. Now its back again at Play-Asia. The book features over 41 postcard with artwork from each manga found in the Jump Comic and also Jump Ultimate Stars DS Game A short review of it can be found here at Nineoverten

I am more interested in the Kingdom Hearts II: Post Card Book though reason being it looks erm.. Cooler? Apparently the KH 2 post card book comes with 27 extra wide postcards, featuring colorful illustrations and game graphics, printed on extra heavy card stock, and an 8 page monochrome character profile gallery. Its more then a Post Card. Its a collection book! I am torn man, seriously I do not know which one to get..

Ok fine. I want to get the Kingdom Hearts Post Card book but is it worth the buy? Or should i just keep all that and get a Tamagotchi for my pig?

P/S: Click ON the YELLOW thingy to see the pix!

Edit: Woops, too late. Already got the Kingdom Hearts II. Reason being its an art book and I am an artistic person ^ ^

Nintendo DS Lite Special Edition ( SE )

The other day a friend of mind sent me a link to this KINGDOM HEARTS SE . I immediately fell in love with it. I wanted to get it but Play-Asia ran out of stock for this particular item. It also doesn't help when the item itself has been out for 4 years already.
Not giving up, I cruise around the net looking for any seller selling it. And LO AND BEHOLD!~ I found a seller from Japan selling that KH SE for 300 USD! Holy Crap! Fine, I give up. The amount is too much for me to stomach. I might like it. But I don't Like it THAT much.

This few days has seen the launching of 2 Nintendo DS Lite Special Edition. One is to commorate 20 years of certain something. ( I had no idea what it is) Apparently it has something to do with trains. Judging by the look of the design on the casing. The NDSL SE comes with a game called Momotarou Dentetsu DS: Tokyo & Japan.

Then I found another one which everyone can relate to. Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings ( -Sky Pirate Edition ). The design of this particular NDSL SE is not really that special. What intrigued me is in the title itself. Sky Pirate Edition? Does that mean there will be more then one edition sold in the future? Heck if there is. I might get it. Of course, if the price is "appropriate" that is.
